About Kristi

I've been helping buyers and sellers across the Greater Houston area since 2001. I am a proud native Houstonian and have lived and worked in Fort Bend County as long as I have been a Realtor. I have a deep knowledge of Sienna, Missouri City and Sugar Land, but also sell across many other markets in Houston. I work with a variety of clients ranging from first-time homebuyers to luxury clientele, providing expert guidance and personalized service every step of the way.

With over $250M in career sales, I have helped both BUYERS and SELLERS achieve their real estate goals. My favorite part of this job is juggling the many tasks and personalities that I come across. No two transactions are alike and it is a huge benefit to have an experienced Realtor navigate the way to the closing table! I am able to quickly assess situations and come up with solutions that work for all parties.

As much as I enjoy working with BUYERS, I have a passion and talent for marketing homes. The trifecta to getting any home SOLD, is perfect pricing, professional staging & professional staging and a strong marketing plan. I enjoy working with SELLERS to maximize their home’s potential and minimizing the time on the market, with the goal of getting the highest possible price for the market.
